◆ About changing languages ◇ You can make purchases via the browser version from anywhere in the world. ◇ Whilst the app is only available within Japan, we have taken the needs of foreign residents in Japan into account and provide content in English, Japanese and Spanish (Latin American) within the shop. ◇ You can switch to other languages via the information icon at the top of the page. The first link opens our shop via Google Translate. The second link is to Deepl. You can translate the text on the site by copying and pasting it into Deepl after opening the page. ◆ You can change the delivery address ◇ For orders placed within Japan and delivered within Japan, we can accommodate deliveries to addresses other than your home address and to recipients other than yourself. ◇ We do not accept orders placed within Japan for delivery overseas. Please collect the item yourself and then dispatch it overseas, or use a forwarding agent. ◇ For orders placed from overseas, the screen will automatically display the version tailored to your region; please follow the instructions. ◇ The delivery note showing the total amount will be sent to the person who placed the order. If you are using a forwarding agent, it may be sent to the agent instead. ◆ About delivery charges Delivery within Japan is free for orders totalling 9,900 yen or more (including tax). ◆ About receipts We treat external documents such as credit card statements as receipts. ◆ How product prices and delivery charges are calculated ◇ At the time of ordering, the total amount for the product price and delivery charges is a deposit (temporarily held). As the actual amount may be reduced, we will inform you of the exact amount on the delivery note upon delivery. The amount will never exceed the deposit. ◇ Regarding the use of PayID Points (available via the app) As information regarding whether these points have been used is held by the app operator and not by us, it is not reflected in the amount on the delivery note. Please check your points history within the app or your shopping receipt to confirm whether the points have been deducted. ◇ As our products vary widely in size and weight, it is difficult to display a flat rate, which is why we have adopted this method. ◆ Regarding the earning of points When you make a purchase via the PayID app, you will be awarded points specific to the app. For details on the conditions for earning points, please refer to the app’s home screen or the official website. ◆ Returns, Refunds and Cancellations ◇ We will only accept returns if the item received differs from the order, or if it is severely damaged upon arrival to the extent that it is unusable. ◇ Where a replacement item is available, we will prioritise an exchange; if not, we will issue a refund. ◇ Please contact us first to report the issue, attaching photographs. Una vez abierto Deepl, puede traducir el texto de la página copiando y pegando el texto. ◆ Se puede cambiar la dirección de entrega ◇ Para pedidos realizados desde Japón y con entrega dentro de Japón, aceptamos entregas en direcciones distintas a su domicilio y a nombres que no sean el suyo. ◇ No aceptamos pedidos realizados desde Japón con entrega en el extranjero. Por favor, recójalo usted mismo y envíelo al extranjero, o utilice una empresa de servicios de envío. ◇ En el caso de pedidos desde el extranjero, se mostrará automáticamente una pantalla adaptada a su región; por favor, siga las instrucciones. ◇ El albarán con el importe indicado se enviará a nombre del cliente que realizó el pedido. Si utiliza una empresa de gestión de envíos, es posible que se envíe a nombre de dicha empresa. ◆ Acerca de los gastos de envío El envío dentro de Japón es gratuito para pedidos con un importe total de 9.900 yenes o más, impuestos incluidos. ◆ Acerca de los comprobantes de pago Consideramos como comprobante de pago la información emitida por terceros, como el extracto de la tarjeta de crédito. ◆ Método de cálculo del precio del producto y los gastos de envío ◇ En el momento del pedido, el total del precio de los productos y los gastos de envío se considera un depósito (pago provisional). Es posible que el importe real sea menor, por lo que le informaremos del importe exacto en la factura de entrega en el momento de la entrega. El importe nunca será superior al depósito. ◇ En cuanto al uso de puntos PayID (disponibles en la aplicación) La información sobre si se han utilizado o no se encuentra en la sede central de la aplicación y no en nuestra tienda, por lo que no se refleja en el importe de la factura. Le rogamos que verifique usted mismo si se ha descontado dicho importe en el historial de puntos de la aplicación o en el recibo de compra. ◇ Dado que los productos de nuestra tienda varían ampliamente en cuanto a tamaño y peso, resulta difícil indicar un precio único, por lo que hemos optado por este método. ◆ Acerca de la obtención de puntos Si realiza una compra a través de la aplicación PayID, se le otorgarán puntos exclusivos de la aplicación. Para conocer los detalles, como las condiciones de otorgamiento, consulte la página de inicio de la aplicación o el sitio web oficial. ◆ Sobre devoluciones, reembolsos y cancelaciones ◇ Solo atenderemos su solicitud si recibe un producto diferente al pedido o si, al llegar, presenta daños tan graves que no cumple con su finalidad. ◇ Si podemos ofrecerle un producto de reemplazo, daremos prioridad a la opción de cambio; de no poder hacerlo, le reembolsaremos el importe. ◇ En primer lugar, comuníquenos que hay un problema adjuntando una foto.
